1.they using prank call......police call,prank call,the children will get a warning from them.
2.when there is a robbery of accident happened.
3.when you are not in danger or seen any accident
4.it will warn us the first call,others will be punished severely
5.to think that if you are using prank call,will others who are in danger able to reach the telephone???
